    Product Description:

    The regeneration of waste activated carbon adopts the physical high-temperature steam regeneration method, which is based on the principle of desorbing and converting some volatile organic substances adsorbed in the waste activated carbon into waste gases during high-temperature heating, volatilizing together with water vapor. At higher temperatures, the remaining organic compounds are pyrolysed and the waste activated carbon is activated in the presence of a quantitative oxidant (water vapor or a small amount of oxygen) to restore its original pores and create new ones, achieving the purpose of regenerating the waste activated carbon.

    The system is configured with various components to complete the regeneration process. First, the pretreatment system of waste activated carbon is mainly to screen and separate the impurities in the waste activated carbon, reduce the ash contained in the recycled activated carbon, and improve the index of the final product. Then, a washing and dehydration system is used to clean off acidic and alkaline substances from the waste activated carbon. Drying follows to reduce the production pressure of the regenerated activation furnace. After that, the rotary regeneration furnace is suitable for high temperature pyrolysis of waste activated carbon and steam reactivation. Then, the cooling system cools the activated carbon after reactivation so that it can be packaged.
